Several large corporations including my own have started a private collaboration benchmarking network which uses Yammer (threaded microblogging discussion tool) to exchange ideas. Our primary focus is internal employee collaboration using Enterprise 2.0 tools. Our initial focus areas and usage policy are outlined below.
If you are interested and meet the membership guidelines, formal membership requests are managed via our network's LinkedIn Group. You are also welcome to contact me privately. There is no charge for membership.

Our Benchmarking Network Acceptable Use Policy is:
Your use of the benchmarking network is governed by the following requirements:
- Members Should work for a large corporation or organization.
- Members Should have an internal collaboration focus to their job.
- Members May Not work in a job related to selling or marketing collaboration based products or services.
- Members May Only use benchmarking discussions for internal conversations within their own corporation or organization.
- Other than private conversations in your own company ... Everything said in Yammer, Stays in the Yammer! (i.e. no public posts or Tweets, etc).
- Failure for any member to follow these rules will result in immediate Expulsion.
