Honeywell sponsors and hosts some great Nobel Laureate Science and Engineering Lectures via their HoneywellEvents YouTube Channel. Just posted to the channel are a series of three videos on "how science evolves": Professor Sheldon Glashow, who shared the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1979, illustrates how some scientific advances occur. Some advances arise unexpectedly, such as X-rays and penicillin, while others are designed with a purpose.
You will also find recent lectures posted via HoneywellEvents on these topics.
If these lectures are of interest, Honeywell also has a service dedicated to science and engineering, including these Nobel lectures.
Finally, I have added these lectures to my Engineering Learning Portal hosted via my domain, including the special section focused upon Nobel lectures. You will even find a custom built Google search engine which allows you to find specific Nobel lectures.
